Blue World City has achieved a significant milestone by becoming Pakistan’s first real estate project to partner with China Rail Sixth Group, a global leader in construction and infrastructure development. A comprehensive Memorandum of Understanding has been signed at China Rail’s Beijing headquarters, following extensive visits and presentations in Shanghai, Xi’an City, Baoji, and Beijing. The MOU outlines seven key areas of cooperation, including joint master planning, sustainable infrastructure development, a world-class sports complex, a five-star hotel, a mono-rail system, net-zero carbon compliant construction, and collaborative project governance. Building on this momentum, Blue World City’s Vision 2025-2030 sets a target of constructing 100,000 housing units with the help of Chinese counterparts. Blue World City’s ongoing venture, the Blue World Economic Zone, is taking shape along the Islamabad-Lahore Motorway, connected to the CPEC route. This initiative aims to support small and medium enterprises by establishing an industrial zone, dry port, warehousing, and wholesale facilities, all strategically aligned with the CPEC project in a conducive business environment.      Blue World City is fostering community and sports connections on both national and international scales and hosted legendary cricket stars from around the globe during the signing ceremony of its Legends Enclave, held in Doha, Qatar. The development of Legends Enclave, featuring cutting-edge sports facilities and Pakistan’s largest cricket stadium (with a capacity of over 55,000 spectators) surrounded  skyscrapers.          (ICE ISLAMABAD)
