InPost has announced that it has bought out all the stake it did not already own in the British logistics company Menzies Distribution as it scales up operations in that country. InPost said it had bought the 70-percent stake in Menzies for GBP60.4m in cash after it had previously bought a 30-percent stake in July 2023 for GBP49.3m. Commenting on the deal, InPost’s founder and CEO Rafał Brzoska has noted that the acquisition of Menzies Distribution is the second largest acquisition after that of Mondial Relay and probably not the last one.
