SINGAPORE companies will soon have greater access to financing when they expand to Africa, thanks to a new agreement between Enterprise Singapore and African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank). This is the first partnership between the Singapore government agency and a multilateral development bank, as part of its Enterprise Financing Scheme-Multilateral Development Banks.
