A report prepared by Colliers shows that in Q3 of 2024 the total stock of modern retail space in Poland reached 13 million square metres, with 103,000 sq m of such space having been delivered in the July to September period. As noted by Wojciech Wojtowicz, senior analyst at Colliers, retail parks prevailed among new openings, with the largest one being BIG in Ostróda, with space of 27,000 sq m. “The second largest retail park is BIG in Gorzów Wielkopolski, with space of 25,000 sq m, and the third – San Park Mysiadło in Warsaw agglomeration with space of ca. 18,500 sq m,” he added.
