A report drawn up by EWL Group, Legalito and the Centre for East European Studies of the University of Warsaw shows that as many as 96 percent of companies that employ nationals of non-EU countries have Ukrainians in their teams. The report also indicates that currently, non-EU nationals represent 19 percent of employees in the companies surveyed on average although in three companies out of one hundred this figure exceeds 51 percent. In addition, next year this percentage may increase further as most of the business organisations surveyed, i.e. 61 percent, are planning to hire more foreign nationals. (ICE VARSAVIA)
