China's wine imports experienced a significant rebound in October, with both volume (19.7 million liters, 40.3% increase) and value (67.7% to $115 million) increasing YOY. From Jan to Oct, total wine imports amounted to 234 million liters, marking a 13.3% year-on-year increase, with an import value of $1.25 billion, up 31.7%.The growth was primarily driven by a robust increase in bottled wine imports and a strong performance from Australian wines, along with a rising consumer preference for white wines. Bottled wine imports (containers of 2 liters or less) were the main contributors to the growth, with the import volume rising by 29.03% to 11.34 million liters and the value nearly doubling to $108 million.
