Iraq's National Investment Commission (NIC), in collaboration with the Ministry of Construction, Housing, and Public Municipalities, invites investment proposals for:the new Al-Majar Al-Kabir City in Maysan/Missan governorate.This project spans 2,299 dunams and offers two investment opportunities.Interested investors must purchase the investment portfolio for 30 million Iraqi dinars and review the terms and conditions available on the New Cities Authority website or the National Investment Commission website.NIC invites sealed bids within 60 days from the announcement date, November 18, 2024.Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, accompanied by proof of purchase for the investment portfolio, to the Commission's headquarters on Al-Qadisiya Highway near the Turkish Embassy.The submission deadline is 2:00pm on the closing day.
