A FRAMEWORK for regular and structured engagements on energy projects with the United States has been finalized, the Department of Energy (DOE) said, following the US-Philippines Energy Policy Dialogue (EPD) held in Manila. The DOE said the framework is designed to facilitate meaningful collaboration on energy projects and ensure the effective development and implementation of related joint programs.
