Freight turnover in Kazakhstan increased 1.9% in Jan-NovThe freight turnover in Kazakhstan totaled 467.3 billion tonne-kilometres, in January-November 2024 or up 1.9% year over year, the National Statistics Bureau of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms said.In the 11 months of this year, pipeline transportation grew by 4.1%, road transportation rose by 20.5%.In January-October 2024, passenger traffic expanded by 13.6% year over year to make 75.8 billion passenger-kilometres.
