Saudi Arabia’s Neom is preparing to award contracts to construct assets in the Discover and Explore clusters of its Trojena development. The client invited contractors to bid for the packages earlier this year.  Neom received the best and final offers in September. The project is being fast-tracked and the market is expecting the award in a few weeks. The contractors are bidding for assets including Discovery Tower, the Mountain Exclusive Resort, Cosmic Gate, the Boutique Hiking Hotel and Mountain Observatory. Trojena progress Trojena will host the Asian Winter Games in 2029 and the construction works have been planned to meet that deadline. Speaking at the MEED Saudi Giga Projects event in Riyadh in May, Philip Gullett, executive director – region head at Trojena, said: “We have procured 30% of the overall project and are preparing to procure the remaining 70%. “The whole masterplan consists of six zones.
