ADNOC is set to inject $54 billion into the UAE economy over the next five years through its In-Country Value (ICV) program. This initiative aims to boost economic growth, diversification, and job creation by encouraging local and international companies to invest in the UAE's manufacturing and industrial sectors. In 2024, ADNOC's ICV program reinvested $15 billion into the UAE economy and created 5,500 private-sector jobs for Emiratis. Since 2018, the program has generated $66 billion in economic value and employed 17,000 Emiratis.The program aligns with the UAE's economic diversification goals, fostering local manufacturing and supporting the “Make it in the Emirates” campaign. ADNOC has also signed agreements worth $19.6 billion with companies to locally produce critical industrial products, aiming to produce $24.5 billion worth of goods in the UAE by 2030. Additionally, ADNOC is contributing to food security by prioritizing local food products, with agreements signed at the Global Food Week and continued investments in the UAE's food industry.The ICV program has significantly supported the UAE's industrial growth, evidenced by 16 new manufacturing facilities opened in 2024, contributing to a stronger, more diversified economy.
