In 2024, Ukraine raised $41.7 billion in international aid, maintaining financial stability and fully funding priority expenditures, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal announced during the Cabinet meeting on 31 December. Key achievements include the EU's Ukraine Facility launch and securing $50 billion from G7 countries, with $1 billion already transferred to Ukraine's budget.Economic growth was driven by the Made in Ukraine policy, contributing 0.6% to GDP, a 9.5% rise in Ukrainian goods sales through the National Cashback programme, and the creation of 18,000 jobs via grants for processing development. Over 42,000 additional jobs are expected from microgrants, and the 5-7-9 loan programme issued loans worth UAH 90 billion. The eOselia programme also supported nearly 15,000 families with concessional mortgages.Ukraine harvested 75.5 million tonnes of grains and oilseeds in 2024, aided by UAH 3.5 billion in grants and subsidies for farmers, resulting in a 13% export increase. Logistics expanded, with 91 million tonnes transshipped through ports, a new checkpoint on the Polish border, and enhancements to 18 others, alongside extended "transport visa-free regimes" with the EU, Norway, and Turkey.https://www.kmu.gov.ua/en/news/tsoho-roku-ukraina-zaluchyla-vid-partneriv-417-mlrd-dolariv-mizhnarodnoi-dopomohy-denys-shmyhal (ICE LEOPOLI)
