The total amount of revenue from large and small privatizations may reach almost ₴12B ($292M) after the completion of all of 2024’s transactions, the Ministry of Economy reports. According to the head of the Ministry Yulia Svyrydenko, 2024 became a record year for privatization revenue and the scale of state-owned facilities sold. “This year has shown that privatization is possible and necessary despite the war,” the minister noted.It is reported that the government has launched a large-scale privatization of facilities worth over ₴250M ($6M).
