Kazakhstan needs to simplify digital services for population – prime ministerKazakhstan’s Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov has ordered the government to simplify the digital services and to increase the public awareness about how to use them."The awareness about latest achievements in the field of artificial intelligence remains very low. Many digital services are quite complicated for the average person and need to be simplified considerably," Bektenov said at a government meeting in Astana on Tuesday.The prime minister instructed the Ministry of Digital Development to take, together with the other concerned ministries, measures as necessary to further improve the existing digital solutions and to raise the awareness among the population about how to use them.Bektenov also ordered the government to organize artificial intelligence usage courses for civil servants in Kazakhstan from 2025."The Ministry of Digital Development, together with the regional administrations, need to organize next year training courses for their employees in using the artificial intelligence solutions. The Ministry of Science and Higher Education should create educational programs and courses on the artificial intelligence," the prime minister said. (ICE ALMATY)
