We will proceed from this when drafting the Energy Ministry's strategic plan, we will work on the assumption that at least three NPPs must be built," Satkaliyev said at a briefing on Wednesday in Astana."This comprehensive document will be drafted in the near future for the full development of the nuclear cluster. Given the advanced state of readiness and the president's instructions to speed up work on this document, I think we will submit it [for the government's consideration] in the second quarter," he said.
