Since 2023, Kazakhstan has been supplying oil to Germany via the main oil pipeline system of PJSC Transneft in the direction of the Adamova Zastava oil delivery point.Earlier, the head of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, said that the republic was ready to increase oil exports to the German market, and the head of the republic's Energy Ministry, Almasadam Satkaliyev, reported that Germany had requested an increase in supplies from the current 1.2 million tonnes to 2.5 million tonnes a year.
