The latest statistics compiled by eSky.pl indicate that as many as 27 percent of Poles planning to spend summer holidays abroad will choose Spain as their destination, spending from PLN1.1k per person in Costa Blanca to PLN1.9k per person in Majorca on average. The statistics also show that other popular destinations include Greece, chosen by 25 percent of Poles, followed by Italy, visited by 13 percent of Poles, as well as Malta and Cyprus. Finally, the figures show that as many as 42 percent of Poles prefer to book their holidays more than three months in advance, with one third booking their holidays from 30 to 90 days in advance.
