Polish Economic Institute (PIE) analysts have reported that in the coming months the growth dynamics of residential unit prices will oscillate around zero. As noted by the analysts, on the two biggest residential markets, i.e. Warsaw and Cracow, prices have declined compared to last year while since October 2024, prices of residential units in large cities have been oscillating at March-April 2024 levels. The experts also said that in February 2025 the supply of residential units had shrunk by ca. 9.2 percent y/y, with the biggest declines, by 13 percent, observed in small towns. (ICE VARSAVIA)
