ODDS STACKED IN BUYERS’ FAVOUR
Experts agree that the current disparities between housing supply and demand lead to price reductions while according to the latest data compiled by Otodom, in February 2025 developers sold 3,500 residential units in seven largest agglomerations in Poland, which marks a 30-percent increase on January. Commenting on the matter, Grupa Morizon-Gratka expert Marcin Drogomirecki has noted that the coming months are unlikely to bring any major changes on the housing market as the demand is unlikely to surge and there are no indications of imminent price increases either. “Especially as stagnation and falling prices can also be seen on the rental market, with rental becoming an attractive alternative to buying, especially in large cities,” he added.
