Benefit Systems, which specialises in providing employers with innovative solutions in the area of sports and recreation, culture and entertainment, has signed a conditional agreement to acquire 100 percent of shares of Turkey-based MAC Group, which operates 121 gyms in that country, for more than USD420m in total. Still, for the deal to be closed, a number of conditions precedent will have to be met, including obtaining an approval from the anti-trust authority. (ICE VARSAVIA)
