Shoper, the leading e-commerce platform for running online stores, delivered a robust performance in 2024, with the group’s revenue increasing by 26 percent to PLN192.8m, adjusted EBITDA soaring by 31 percent to PLN66.1m and GMV Omnichannel skyrocketing by 53 percent to PLN14.5bn. Commenting on the matter, Jakub Dwernicki, deputy CEO of Shoper and CEO of cyber-Folks, Shoper’s biggest shareholder since February 2025 following the acquisition of a 49.9-percent stake, has said that given Shoper’s strong balance sheet, which is debt-free, it is clear that there is a lot of room for acquisitions, something that the company will want to explore.
