The government has converted three State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in work consultancy  respectively into PT Agrinas Jaladri Nusantara, PT Agrinas Pangan Nusantara and PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara along with capital injection of Rp8 trillion (US$485.5 million) prepared by the Ministry of Finance. Previously, Deputy Minister of Finance Thomas Djiwandono spoke at the monthly APBN KiTA press conference on March 13, 2025 that the government has expanded the business fields of three SOEs from work consultants to specific SOEs operating in the fisheries, plantations, and food sectors respectively. The three SOEs were originally named Virama Karya, Yodya Karya and Indra Karya.
