GEN Z SPOTTED THE LATEST TRENDS AT WINTER FANCY FOOD
March 24, 2025Gen Z spotted the latest trends at Winter Fancy FoodThe Junior Trendspotter Panel, a collaboration between SFA and the William F. Harrah College of Hospitality at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, involved 13 graduate students in identifying trending products at the 2025 Winter Fancy Food Show in January. These students, representing the Generation Z demographic, identified notable trends including vegan foods, such as Alle Processing's vegan nuggets, and global flavors, like the yuzu spread from Kuze Fuku & Sons.
