Singapore has emerged as the most resilient country in Asia and fifth globally, according to the 2025 FM Resilience Index. The ranking reflects the city-state's robust performance across multiple risk factors, particularly in climate resilience and cybersecurity. The FM Resilience Index, now in its 12th edition, evaluated 130 countries and territories based on 18 equally weighted factors.
