DAMAC Properties has partnered with Chelsea Football Club to launch "Chelsea Residences by DAMAC," the first football-themed luxury residential project in Dubai. Located in Maritime City, the seafront development will feature over 1,400 units infused with Chelsea-branded amenities focused on health, fitness, and luxury living. As part of the collaboration, DAMAC's logo will appear on Chelsea's team shirts for the rest of the 2024–25 season. This partnership marks Chelsea FC’s brand expansion into the Middle East and reflects DAMAC’s continued push into themed luxury real estate, following similar ventures with brands like Versace and Roberto Cavalli.   (ICE DUBAI)
