Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL), a prominent infrastructure company, has set its sights on generating approximately 25 percent of its total turnover from international projects within the next three years. The remaining ₹47,000 crore comprises legacy railway projects.Currently, RVNL's international project portfolio stands at around ₹4,000 crore. This includes its maiden overseas venture, a harbour construction project in the Maldives, secured through bidding in 2023. Valued at approximately ₹2,000 crore, this project is expected to be completed by July 2026 and was notably revived following intervention by the Ministry of External Affairs.
