Commercial Bakeries, a Toronto-based producer of private label packaged cookies and crackers, acquires Hollandia Bakeries and the Good Food Company, a manufacturer of soft-baked cookies.This marks the second acquisition for Commercial Bakeries since Graham Partners, a private investment firm, acquired the company in September 2023.
