Real estate trading volume in Jordan reached 2.047 billion dinars during the first third of this year, marking a 4% increase compared to the same period in 2024, according to the monthly report by the Department of Land and Survey. According to the report, the volume of real estate trading in April alone reached 555.5 million dinars — a 29% increase compared to April 2024 and a 38% increase compared to March of this year.
