At the IPA Convention and Exhibition (IPA Convex) 2025, leaders from major energy companies—including ENI, Mubadala Energy, bp, PETRONAS, and PetroChina—expressed strong commitment to Indonesia’s upstream sector. ENI now prioritizes Indonesia globally, following its major gas find in the Geng North block, while bp emphasized the need for fiscal and regulatory certainty to sustain complex projects like its Tangguh LNG operations.
