KAZAKHSTAN-KAZTRANSOIL-TARIFF
KazTransOil doubles oil transport tariffs on Kenkiyak-Atyrau routeKazakhstan’s pipeline operator KazTransOil (KTO) will double tariffs for the Kenkiyak-Atyrau oil route starting July 1, 2025, the company announced.The transportation tariff will double from 5,912 to 11,193 tenge per metric tonne per 1,000 km for crude oil shipped through MunaiTas' Kenkiyak-Atyrau pipeline.The adjusted tariff will undergo annual incremental rises, reaching 11,293 tenge by July 2029. KTO confirmed the phased increases: 11,233 tenge in 2026; 11,259 tenge in 2027; and 11,286 tenge in 2028.KTO noted the tariff for this route had remained unchanged since 2012 before this adjustment.KTO, Kazakhstan’s national pipeline operator with a 5,400-km network, holds a 51% stake in MunaiTas, while CNPC Exploration and Development Company owns 49%.
