Private equity fund V4C, which recently sold Shoper, is now acquiring the majority stake in a digital commerce transformation company – Univio Group. V4C raised nearly PLN0.5bn last year. Now it has decided to acquire the Univio Group encouraged by such market trends like digitization of the economy is growing and consumers have increased their expectations of e-commerce. These are the arguments that have convinced V4C to invest in the majority stake in the Wrocław-based provider of digital sales transformation services.
