The minister also dismissed suggestions that Kazakhstan influences global oil prices, noting the country accounts for just 4% of OPEC+ output and less than 2% of worldwide production."With Kazakhstan exceeding its OPEC+ quota by just 0.4%, you understand these numbers can't possibly affect global markets," Akkenzhenov said.
