He emphasized that the region is moving beyond AI adoption to creating scalable, culturally grounded innovations in sectors like finance, mobility, healthcare, education, and sustainability. Ziemian cited notable startups such as Tarjama, Nana, Sarwa, and Derq as examples of this momentum. He credited national strategies like UAE’s AI Strategy 2031 and Saudi Vision 2030, as well as institutions like MBZUAI, NEOM, and Hub71, for driving progress.
