The Interior Ministry urges all drivers to remain calm, maintain order and follow police instructions," the statement says.On June 30, Russia introduced the second phase of pilot entry rules requiring foreign nationals to submit an electronic entry application at least three days before their planned arrival.The Russian Embassy in Kazakhstan said on June 24 that the new registration procedure for foreign citizens entering Russia is a trial measure and does not alter the visa-free regime between Russia and Kazakhstan.
