MDDP Outsourcing, a large provider of accounting and payroll services, is changing the owner. The company, which employs more than 300 people, is acquired by a Norwegian potentate Aider, backed by German-based private equity fund Castik Capital. The transaction still has to be approved by the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKIK). The value of the deal has not been disclosed. (ICE VARSAVIA)
