SIKA BUILDS THE BIGGEST FACTORY IN POLAND
Construction chemicals manufacturer Sika Poland has begun construction of a new factory in the municipality of Brześć Kujawski. The plant will be built in Machnacz city in the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone. The investment, valued at more than PLN80 m, is the company's largest project in Poland. The new factory is to be environmentally friendly and will start operations in the fourth quarter of next year. The 11,000-square-meter area will house a production line for manufacturing concrete admixtures and bulk materials, as well as a warehouse with a fleet of electric trucks. In the next stage, Sika will build an entire research and development and customer training center. Initially, around 60 new jobs will be created. (ICE VARSAVIA)
