Bắc Ninh Province ranked second nationwide in foreign direct investment (FDI) attraction in the first half of 2025, following Hà Nội, with total investment reaching approximately US$12.04 billion. This includes $943.7 million from 186 new FDI projects and $2.43 billion from 141 capital expansions. The province’s industrial production—valued at VNĐ156.3 trillion—continues to grow strongly, driven by the electronic component manufacturing sector. Key products such as smartphones and construction steel have seen notable output increases. Bắc Ninh's success stems from proactive provincial leadership, improved industrial infrastructure, investment-friendly policies, and administrative reforms. The province currently hosts 33 industrial parks and 93 industrial clusters, covering over 9,800 ha.
