Masah Specialised Contracting Company, based in Riyadh, has been awarded a SR192 million ($50 million) contract by Almoosa Health Group for the construction of the Almoosa hospital in Alkhobar. The project encompasses preliminary works, foundations, and the concrete structure for the 45,000-square-meter facility. The hospital complex will feature a 24-story in-patient tower with 380 beds and an 11-story tower housing 224 clinics and 113 treatment spaces, connected by a podium base. It will also include parking for 1,700 cars. The project was designed by Dar, Perkins & Will, and Pierre-Yves Rochon.
