Dubai's economy grew by 4% in Q1 2025, reaching a GDP of Dh119.7 billion, driven by strong performances across multiple sectors. The standout contributor was the Human Health and Social Work sector, which surged by 26%, reflecting the city's focus on healthcare infrastructure. Key sectors such as real estate (up 7.8%), finance and insurance (5.9%), wholesale and retail trade (4.5%), and transport (2%) also supported growth. The wholesale and retail trade sector remained the largest contributor, accounting for 23% of GDP.
