Dubai's  Expand North Star , the world's largest startup and investor event, returns from  October 12–15, 2025  at Dubai Harbor to mark its  10th anniversary . Last year's edition welcomed  65 unicorns worth over $400bn , underlining the event's global significance.Since launching in 2016, Expand North Star has grown from  350 to 1,800 startups ,  150 to 1,200 investors , and from  25 to 650 speakers , reinforcing Dubai's position as a leading hub for the digital economy under the emirate's Economic Agenda (D33).This year,  Italy will feature prominently with one of the largest pavilions, showcasing 25 innovative startups , reflecting the country's growing engagement with the region's tech ecosystem.
