TECOM Group  has acquired 138 land plots totaling 33 million sq ft in Dubai Industrial City for AED 1.6 billion (~$435 million) to meet rising industrial demand. This boosts its total land portfolio to over 209 million sq ft .         The acquisition supports national initiatives like Operation 300bn , Make in the Emirates , and Dubai Economic Agenda D33 , aligning with UAE's industrial growth and FDI goals. Dubai Industrial City is currently 99% occupied and houses 350+ factories . TECOM will finance the purchase using existing resources and expects revenue generation within 12–24 months . The deal brings TECOM's total investments across its commercial and industrial portfolio to AED 4.3 billion since 2024 .
