GIC, ADIA INVEST $1.6B INTO VANTAGE DATA CENTERS

Global investors GIC and the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) have invested $1.6b into Vantage Data Centers to support the company’s expansion in Asia-Pacific. GIC and ADIA, through their respective affiliates, are both existing investors in Vantage Data Centers. In addition, Vantage revealed its plans to expand to the Johor, Malaysia, market with the acquisition of Yondr Group's 300MW+ hyperscale data centre campus located in Sedenak Tech Park. The site, covering nearly 73 acres, is amongst the largest data centre developments in Southeast Asia and will be renamed JHB1.
