The Department of Statistics said Thursday that the general index of industrial production quantities rose by 1.72 percent in the first seven months of 2025 compared with the same period of 2024. On a monthly basis, the index rose by 1.23 percent in July 2025 compared with July 2024, and by 1.96 percent compared with June 2025. The base year was adjusted to 2018=100 instead of 2010=100.
