Singapore is the top global destination for cross-border investment into land and development sites on a 12-month rolling basis, according to Colliers. The firm added that APAC “continues to dominate the land-led market,” with the US, Germany and the UK the only non-APAC entries as softer land sales there reflect slower construction pipelines. The finding comes as deal activity in APAC has edged higher, with year-to-date volumes running about 5% above 2024 through end-June.
