The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) is drastically cutting the duration for geothermal project licensing to just three months, down from the previous processing time of up to one year. Minister Bahlil Lahadalia announced this simplification, stating it is crucial for accelerating investment in the New and Renewable Energy (EBT) sector.
