DIGITAL TRUST AND EFFICIENCY: THE 'ONE DATA FOR ALL' INITIATIVE
The "One Data for All" (Satu Data untuk Semua) initiative, promoted by VIDA and the Ministry of Home Affairs' Dukcapil, highlights the urgent need for national data integration in Indonesia. The primary goal is to build public trust and enhance efficiency by consolidating fragmented data, which currently leads to inconsistency, duplication, and fraud. According to VIDA CEO Niki Luhur, integrated data ensures that government services and decisions are based on accurate and accountable information, aligning with the national Satu Data Indonesia program and the Personal Data Protection (PDP) Law. The benefits include streamlined public administration, increased policy transparency, and reduced fraud, which ultimately strengthens the investment climate and accelerates SME digitalization. The initiative offers stakeholders a unified foundation for more effective policy-making.Source: https://www.cnnindonesia.com/ekonomi/20251008163829-625-1282398/satu-data-untuk-semua-transparansi-efisiensi-dan-kepercayaan-publik (ICE GIACARTA)
