The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) signed an MoU to develop a Single National Social and Economic Data (DTSEN) system. This DTSEN will become the primary reference for all decisions regarding energy subsidies, including those for fuel, 3 kg LPG, and electricity. Minister Bahlil Lahadalia stressed the need for BPS to ensure transparency and credibility in the data, which will soon replace current sources like DTKS and P3KE for targeting subsidy recipients.
