CHINA STARTS COLLECTING SPECIAL PORT FEES ON US VESSELS
On October 24, China started to collect a phased special port fee (400 yuan or $56 per net ton first phase) from 25% or more U.S.-invested/operated/flagged/built ships (Chinese-built partially exempt), in response to U.S. measures. (ICE PECHINO)
