IMEXPHARM’S EBITDA MARGIN RISES TO 22.3 PER CENT
Imexpharm Corporation reported strong third-quarter results for 2025, driven by disciplined cost management and steady growth across both OTC and ETC channels. Gross revenue rose 10 per cent and net revenue 5 per cent year-on-year, while cost of goods sold increased by only 3 per cent, thanks to improved production efficiency and higher utilisation of its EU-GMP-certified IMP4 facility. Gross profit expanded 9 per cent, maintaining a 40 per cent margin, and EBITDA rose 12 per cent, lifting the EBITDA margin to 22.3 per cent. For the first nine months, Imexpharm’s gross revenue reached VND2.118 trillion ($80.5 million), up 21 per cent year-on-year, while net revenue grew 16 per cent. Profit before tax increased 23 per cent. The company achieved 68 per cent of its full-year revenue target and 63 per cent of its profit goal. Imexpharm also proposed issuing 1.55 million ESOP shares to align employee and shareholder interests. Other highlights included the ImexForum scientific event in Hanoi, integration of the iHRP digital HR system with FPT, and the launch of 20 new SKUs.
