As soon as this goal is reached, the state will continue its course toward liberalization. We have fixed prices at this level, and they will not rise. I think they will keep flat until spring," the minister added.As previously reported, Kazakhstan introduced a moratorium on price increases for RON-92 gasoline and diesel fuel starting October 16.
